If R9 270x is a bit better than HD 7870, then why is it cheaper?

I just looked on Amazon ES and there's a 'Dual-X' (what does that mean, by the way?) Sapphire 2GB VRAM GPU R9 270x for around 175€, while the HD 7870 GHz Edition is 205€. How is that? Some people say that 270x is better. And what's the difference between SAPPHIRE TOXIC and SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 270x?

Dual X and Toxic are the type of cooler it has. Toxic has 3 fans, dual x has 2 fans. thats the difference. Then next is the comparison.

R9 270x wins 7870 by a few. But with that price, i suggest getting the 270x
