If the motherboard/CPU touches the PSU, is it likely to cause problems?

I have a big PSU ((650 XFX PSU) and ASUS Motherboard, and 8350 CPU, with standard 8350 cooler fan, will it cause problems?

if its touching your case is probably too small.. there will probably be no electrical problems as such, as long as nothing is damaged while putting it together
