Unless you personally make special pains to do that, no. (and that really isn't a good idea)There is this PC, it has both HDD and SSD with Win10 but it does not say on what: If there is 1 HDD and 1 SSD installed in PC, is Windows 10 on both installed?

Having multiple physical drives is very common. And why are there 2 storages in it? How can I use it, when Win 10 is on 1 only?
Correct. So i dont need to have Win installed, if i only want to use it as storage?
All depends on your budget.I did not buy it yet, thats why I asked
Is it even ok having a HDD nowadays? I thought they are not efficient
You're buying this prebuilt?Ah ok, what do you think, is Windows on the HDD or SSD on that PC ? I dont want to install Win again on the SSD. The HDD makes too much noise
Yes (depending on the size/make/model of the SSD)Is it not better when its installed on the SSD?
Yes, probably. But not "also"...you'd only want one or the other...not both. Can I install Win also on the SSD if its on the HDD?
"256GB SSD M.2 2280 PCIe NVMe Opal2 + 1TB HDD 7200rpm 3.5" "
Why is why I asked.any prebuilts that have a SSD/HDD combo would rarly make the mistake of installing the OS on the HDD and not the SSD.
at least any of the well known brands would never make that mistake
https://psref.lenovo.com/Detail/IdeaCentre/ideacentre_510s07ICK?M=90LX0037GESince this is a mini Lenovo too, there will be a problem with the Power Supply, if I want to install a graphics card, if this has 4 pins as well on the MB
Yes, proprietary.Yes but also in this thread a user found out that Lenovo has its own PSU /MB
