Page 8, states that the board comes bundled with Realtek® 8118 Gaming LAN Bandwidth Control Utility that lead me to this;

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard, first, then go into BIOS>Power>Wake on LAN>(if it's disabled)Enable(it).
