if you are stuck in bios how do we get out

I was playing a game and somehow everything freezes and restarts or thats what i think happened and now im stuck in bios

IF you're in the BIOS, which I'm not entirely sure about since I've never heard of being "stuck" in the BIOS, select the option for loading default BIOS settings and then save the settings and reboot. It should then attempt to reload into windows. If it doesn't and gets stuck somewhere during the POST process, there is a hardware issue or something has become corrupted in the operating system configuration.
