It would depend on what the components are replacing. If you are speaking of upgrading one component of a full system it would be best to list the rest of the system. If for example you already had 16GB of RAM, but it were slower, the upgrade incentive would be almost missing...but if you were replacing a 4GB set of RAM with 16GB, then wow, yes, that'd be wonderful. If your power supply doesn't support it, then perhaps both the CPU core and video card would have to be skipped, but if power is good, those choices could be considered.

All of these would make a big difference compared to the old parts listed.

It sounds like you're cash constrained, so with that in mind:

Get the GFX card first. The 580's have dropped in price, and if you game, this will be the most visible quality of life improvement. Look for a bargain.

The 3600 is great - and recent - and has had very few discounts at the moment. Maybe wait a couple of months to see if this drops at all.

And then finally memory. You can never have too much.

You didn't mentioned your motherboard or psu: I'll assume you've checked compatibility for cpu and memory speeds , and that you've got enough W to run this gfx card. pcpartpicker ftw.
