Trying to lock down a win 10 pc for family use with kids. Just trying to disable or remove things like features in windows. Or changing explorer security settings, or app settings disabling everything.

Does all these get reset after build update?

Solution
If your user is attached to a MIcrosoft Account, it is meant to remember what applications have been removed in previous installs so that it doesn't reinstall them.

Other changes, less chance they be kept. Microsoft like to turn some things back on that people may choose not to run, but for most part it will remember changes.
