all you have to do is Pour Purple PC Cleaning Liquid onto a piece of Tissue paper and wipe the Graphics card that goes into The Motherboard.
i took my HP Z220 Workstation to A IT Computer Shop because The 1050Ti 4GB i got second hand from eBay. rudhi eventually wiped The GPU with the PC Cleaning liquid.. and it Booed Up

if you have a Old Old System with a Graphics NOT booting up try wiping it. it Might Just work..

Cleaning contacts isn't a new thing. Back in the day, it was often done with a pencil eraser. Gently used if course to buff contacts.

Liquids can end up where not wanted pretty easily. Be careful.

I have a Nvidia gaming card bought in 2003. It run still good, but the issue are good drivers for the card. Sooo - I probably going to put it in the bin after my good old 32 bit computers aren't safe any more after both Debian and xxxBSD drop support for this in the not so far future.

you could also see if you get into bios but wound display in windows. if so just change the boot setting for "other devices" to "legacy,, and it should detect your old card.. as some are not detected under "uefi" now. on many motherboards
