So true. Suffice to say if I had a gun to my head and was asked for my passwords I wouldn't be able to answer them without a keyboard in front of me.

Then when they are hacked they blame it on the company' security.


Having your name in your password is okay imo. Just don't have it sequential and make sure it is buried within what appears to be nonsense to others. Including Upper and lower case, numbers and symbols(if allowed). But don't use that password for another site either.

Locks are for honest people so never become complacent and occasionally change your passwords. Yahoo sent out an email regarding a hack that happened in 2014. The email was received earlier in 2016. It suggested if the user hadn't changed their password, now would be a good time, because of the breach.
