I've noticed for a bit that when I'm reading an article and try to click on a link, sometimes I can't. Specifically if the link is near the top of the page. I finally got around to inspecting the page and saw that there is an invisible iframe that's along the top that is getting in the way. The id is "iframe-future-big-top-collapsed". There is also another one just above it with the id "iframe-future-big-top-expanded" but that one doesn't use any space while the collapsed one does. If you scroll a little so that the link is under this area then you can click on it. Deleting the node removes the issue as well.
