Question iGame RTX 3060 OC V 8GB - - - the motherboard's VGA LED comes on ?

I have a PC with MSI MAG B660 Motherboard installed with the iGame graphic card as i mention on the title. everytime i press the power button on my PC which going to boot process the monitor showing black screen and the VGA LED light is on on the motherboard. it takes 2 minutes for the VGA LED to go out, and after that the MSI logo appears and then Windows comes up.

My question is why it takes so long to boot up and why does the VGA LED come on ?
Is there any compatibility issue with the MSI motherboard and the iGame graphics card ?

CPU: i7 - 12700F
GPU: iGame RTX 3060 OC V 8GB
SSD: Team MP33 NVMe M.2 256 GB (windows installed here)
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1 TB SATA 6Gb/s
RAM: Team Elite Plus Black DDR4 PC25600 3200Mhz dual channel

brand and model of the psu?

No, current motherboard BIOS : E7D41IMS.210
PSU : MSI MAG A1000G

i've read a few articles that the bios is not an issue here. I'm wondering about the compatibility for now. Has anybody had the same issue ?
