Question iGPU driver missing ?

Hello, I'm having a problem with my iGPU driver. It seems to be missing, and it started when I updated the driver for my discrete GPU. I've tried rolling back to an older driver, but it still doesn't work. I also went into BIOS to turn on my iGPU (expecting it to be turned off), but to my surprise, it's turned on. I'm not sure what to do now.

CPU: AMD A8 6500 APU with Radeon HD 8570D iGPU
Discrete GPU: R7 240 DDR3 2GB

what driver did you try downloading from? AMD or HP website?

AMD official website and Im using windows 8.1 (for good reason)

You should be obtaining drivers from HP support, not AMD.
