hi, I have to use the desktop PC as a virtual machine, which processes and sends the video via streaming to my laptop (principle similar to Cloud gaming), in this case, in addition to the performance of the video card from where the streaming starts, the performance of the card also counts video receiving stream? If yes, which ones?
I was torn between an i5-12600h and an i5-12600HX (aside from cpu performance, considering iGPU). On the H the iGPU is an Intel Iris Xe (80EU), and on the HX the iGPU is an Intel UHD graphics for Intel core 12th (32EU)

Do you mean an i5-12600H? I've never heard of a 12690H. In terms of the performance, if your streaming your desktop to your laptop then I would expect the video stream to be decoded by the iGPU's hardware based video decoder. I would expect you to be fine with either of those.
yes, although I've searched but can't find any decode/decompression tests between an i5-12600H and i5-12600HX, or between the Intel Iris Xe iGPU and Intel UHD 770 (mobile)
