How? I connect VGA to iGPU and DVI to PCIe GPU and choose iGPU in BIOS but i have Windows on other screen. When i open app it's opens on other screen. Is PCIe disabled when i select iGPU in BIOS?

Solution
"Is PCIe disabled when i select iGPU in BIOS?"

Yes, and vice-versa.

This is necessary to avoid driver & resource conflicts between the two.

The BIOS on some newer motherboards allows both to be used simultaneously if you configure it to do so, so check what graphics options are available in the BIOS settings.

Otherwise you must connect both monitors to your PCIe GPU if it supports more than one monitor.
If this requires buying a different monitor cable (or an adapter) for one of the monitors, then that's what you'll have to do.
