iiyama 1352 8 led lights showing

I started the computer then switched the iiyama monitor on power lights showing but only blank screen with 8 led settings lights lit up.

Is this a problem with the driver if not what can I do to resolve the issue

First try the monitor with another computer to see if it's the monitor or the computer. If it does the same thing on a different system, it's a bad monitor and needs to be replaced.
