iiyama G-Master GB2560HSU-B1 Red Eagle: is it G-sync compatible?

I've been told that if maximum refresh rate divided by minimum refresh rate gives a ratio of 2.4 or above then the monitor is g-sync compatible.This one has 30 - 144 hz refresh rate so it should be g-sync compatible (source: https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/e791127a)

Since I'm not that knowledgeable about this I'm looking for someone to actually confirm this.

Also, since we're at it, is the monitor good for a 1080p, 144hz, 1ms response time, adaptive sync gaming experience?
