This is the build I am planning to get aside from the CPU, I am not sure whether to go with the i5 4690k or the i7 4790k. I am using the rig for high end gaming and web-surfing. Any answers would be great and have a great day, thanks.

1500 dollar budget. I probably could go with I5 6600k but I don't know what kind of motherboard would be good for skylake. If I went with skylake, what do you think are a few good options in the 100-140 dollar range?
