I'm a little confused on 1070 GPU O.C.

I am a first time overclocker about a year now and I am a bit confused on my numbers using GPU boost by ASUS. I understand the boost clock and base clock, which I get a decent 2038MHz. What I don't get is my memory clock, which is at (+1126) 9136MHz. This makes no sense to me.. could someone please explain this to me or at least lead me in the right direction so I can research more. THNX in advance.

Effective memory speed is about 8000 MHz +/-. Could be more, could be less depending on the manufacturer.
So 8000 + your 1126 OC = 9126.

Ok, so I was just a bit ignorant on memory speed. I was getting 2284.20MHz on my 3D Mark bench and this threw me off. So am I correct that the 3d Marks score is the "un-multiplied" rate? so if I were to figure out the multiplier it would be 4, correct? 4 x 2284.20 = 9136.8 which is close to my GPU Boost App. which is showing the multiplied rate at 9126.
