Question I'm a newbie to pc, Is my pc temp normal?

I have a ryzen 5 1600 and rx580 8gb, when playing fortnite on 60 fps on epic setting or high settings with epic distance I get a temp on my gpu of 71 degrees Celsius is this okay or is this to hot? I have two fans and the stock cpu cooler for the ryzen. Should I add fans and a different cooler?.... How would I go about doing that? Thanks for taking the time to read.

71-75C is the target temp for the GPU. It will adjust its fans as necessary to maintain that temp.
