Please let me know your professional thoughts. Goal was to be able to do some casual to semi competitive gaming mostly shooters like Rainbow Six Seige, Overwatch, Fortnite, etc., but other games too. Decided we wanted atleast 144fps at 1440p. Will this do the trick? Thanks again!!

No clue as to why you sent back the same message.

It is a good build, but you can do the same build at a better price. There are other options too.

Intel:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel - Core i7-8086K 4GHz 6-Core Processor ($419.00 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: Corsair - H100i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($94.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI - Z370 GAMING PRO CARBON ATX LGA1151 Motherboard...
Well, that is a great case -- was discussing it with another mod just the other day.

Don't know that you need/want water cooling, but that is a personal choice.

Nice CPU and video card although both $$$ you will get some good gaming performance.

You don't need a 1000W PSU, I run a 650W Seasonic with the same video and an O/C'd i7-8700K.

Another thing that is real overkill IMO is the router. The best gaming is NOT done wireless but with an Ethernet cable and a much cheaper ASUS/Netgear AC1900 model will do just as well.

Mesh wifi varies greatly depending on many issues, particularly having a dedicated 5GHz backhaul radio in each. Still wireless latency is too high for good gaming under all but perfect circumstances. If Ethernet is not possible, a pair of AV2-1000/1200 PL adapters will give much better results.

It's a good system, but pretty overerpowered for "casual gaming"

Things that are useless

Ultra Enhanced Packaging Solution - $19
(don't drop it before it gets on the truck)

Cooler Master Mastergel Maker CPU-Thermal Compound - $10
(the cooler comes with it already)

Professional Wiring - $39
(Tuesday hangover instead of Monday hangover - slightly less chance of fail)

PSU - overpowered
Router - too much

---------------------------
Personally, I'd never give CyberPower $2600. This would be a great father/son project to build. And end up with a better system for the same or less money.

Thanks for the feedback! We plan on plugging the computer straight into the modem via ethernet and using the router to run the wifi to our other wireless devices in the house. Does that make sense?
Yea i admit the packaging and wiring are a waste. Thanks!

You can't plug both the PC and the router into a "modem".
A real modem talks to one and only one device, and has only one port for that.

That Surfboard appears to have 2x ethernet ports. Which means it is a gimped out modem/router.
http://www.arris.com/surfboard/products/cable-modems/sb8200

And you'd see zero performance difference if wired directly to the modem, or to the router and then the modem.

Have to agree with USAFRet, i'd never give my money to potatopowerpc.
Building a PC is pretty easy and fun to do yourself, not to mention cheaper. People here can pick you the right parts on any budget you set if you're not very familiar with what's good atm.

The details about the service plan and vagueness on warranty are why I tell people that assume build house 3 year coverage is great in fact is not so great. All retail box components but DVD drive (which you did not get) and case come with 3-7 year warranties and lifetime on RAM. Build houses tend to use OEM parts, which is why only labor is covered on the 3 year service, and I'm willing to bet even the so called 1 year parts warranty has caveats, like using used parts as replacements if one goes out.

I agree with what was mentioned on unnecessary and overkill parts.

Even worse.
1 year parts, you pay one way shipping for the whole PC, and they'll put in 'used parts'.

https://www.cyberpowerpc.com/company/warranty.aspx
"three years for labor and one year for parts from the date of the original invoice"
" You must ship the product shipping charges prepaid..."
"Company uses new and reconditioned parts made by various manufacturers in performing warranty repairs"

Cheaper. More RAM at same speed. GPU is from Gigabyte rather than Nvidia so better cooling and slightly higher OC out of the box. PSU is of good quality and cheaper. Has OS. Everything else is same.

Solution
Lol i meant plug computer directly into router for gaming lol and also use router wifi for other devices in the house like xbox, phones, roku, firestick, tablet, etc.

I think when it comes time to upgrade we will do that ourselves and from that point forward
