Overall looks good, I'd only change that PSU for a better brand like Seasonic, Antec or EVGA, simply choose one of those brands that has at least 550w and Bronze+ Certified and you should be good.

Get a H81 or B85 motherboard instead of H97 mobo and use the bucks left to more quality power supply.
