Hi, I was just going to buy the HyperX cloud 2 but after looking at some reviews at Amazon, I've seen that a lot of people are complaining about a static noise from the USB soundcard. I'm currently using a Plantronics Gamecom 780 and i'm almost always with the virtual surround sound on, so I'm really worried about this static noise that some people are experiencing.

I'm also living in Israel so im worried that Kingston support isn't available in here or something like that.

Do you guys think I should still buy them and those Crackling sounds shouldn't worry me?

Thanks!

Solution
I had said issues at launch, most if not all of said issues were from the early orders/pre-orders (I was a preorder). Kingston did eventually fix the issue and sent out new sound cards to those having the issues for free, as well as a free mousepad. Now the new models are shipped with the fixed soundcards.

Thanks for the response. I certainly hope that the new models indeed come with the fixed soundcards, But I've seen a 3 month old review in Amazon that talks about that problem and 3 month is pretty recent.

should this fix it on all versions of Windows? all the guys who said it got fixed either had 8.1 or win 10
