I'm an idiot...

Ok so today I was given a new monitor and was setting it up as you do. I set the new monitor to secondary monitor and left the current one as is. But it wasn't displaying as a secondary monitor (the monitor did work it would just run on it's own so they weren't linked basically) and this is where the idiot kicks in... I said to myself hmmmm why isn't this working? So I set the monitor (the old one) to secondary monitor with an intention of changing the new one to primary. And yeah as you can imagine both my monitors are now secondary and I am sitting here like a potato with no display.

Is there a fix for this stupid mistake? Lol I'm an idiot...

Why not unplug both your monitors... then Windows will not detect any monitor... then plug one back in.. Windows should detect it as a new monitor and make it primary.

Tried that won't work.

Right click on the desktop in Windows and go to "Display Options", then use Windows Key + Left/Right arrow key to move the Window to where you can see it. Just try doing that until you see the window. Then you can just change it from there.
