It should work but in that price range you probably better off looking at a i5 4460 paired with a budget B85 board, 2X4gb set of DDR3 1600 memory and putting the savings into the video card like a GTX 950/960.
The video card in general will be what limits your gaming performance.
so if i get the i5 4460 then how many years can i game good with it......because games also have requirement for cpu
Judson is correct that motherboard can only use DDR3 memory!!!!!! not DDR4.
The 4460 should last about just as long as the 6600. I suggested the 4460 for the lower price allowing more to be spent on the video card.
Should i use an AMD 8320 instead......got to change mobo then too
I would recommend sticking with intel. However, you are on a budget and AMD are a very good budget brand. As you pointed out you would need to get a new mobo that supports AM3+. If you do decide to go with AMD, I would recommend buying an 8350 as oppose to 8320 as it has better performance and is only £30 or so more.
It would be possible to keep your current choices though and just use DDR3 RAM... I think trying to buy DDR4 RAM on a budget PC is not wise. The performance gain that you will achieve if you stay DDR4 and switch to AMD processor would not be significant enough to render it plausible. I would say just keep your initial parts and change the RAM to DDR3.
That's just my two cents though, feel free to do what you want
