I have order parts on newegg, but people keep telling me that what I have ordered is not good for a gaming computer. my parts are

I will be running all of this with windows 7.

Now I may be able to cancel the order, though I already own the graphics card. So can someone very experienced please give me a 400 dollar budget for everything besides the operating system and graphics card that will be the best gaming comp it can be for the price? If these are the components you've actually ordered, then here are my thoughts:

Most people are going to recommend an Intel Core I3 processor over any AMD processor for a gaming system. According to Tom's Hardware Best Gaming CPU for the Money - December 2012 article, they would be correct for a strictly gaming system. If you do anything else on this system, then I, personally, would recommend the AMD FX-6300 at this price point.

I would look at getting faster RAM. Your motherboard accepts up to DDR3-1333 RAM, so spend the extra dollar or two on it.

Unless I'm mistaken, Rosewill is the house brand for Newegg (like Dynex is the house brand for Best Buy). The reviews are excellent thus far, but for the price, I'd probably stick with a power supply from a company a little more proven, like Antec, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling, Seasonic, or FSP (Fortran Source).

Unless you intend to add a 2.5" SSD in the future, there is no need for the HDD bracket.

Edit: I'd also note that your motherboard will likely require a BIOS upgrade in order to utilize that processor to it's fullest extent (or at all).
