I'm building a computer and I need some help and advice.

The parts I might get (all of these will be from Newegg.com):

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500k, I'm not sure if I should get this or wait for the i5-3570k coming out soon.
GPU: XFX RADEON HD 7850, I heard it's a great high end card and not too expensive.
HSF: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, I see lots of people say this is good and cheap.
MOTHERBOARD: Asus SaberTooth z77 LGA 1155 SATA 6GB/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard or p8z77, i want a motherboard that will allow me to upgrade when ram or cpu when needed in the future
CASE: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case, I hear a lot of stuff about it having lots of air and the led fans are cool and being upgradable and able to fit things in there
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2x4gb) I hear a bunch of good stuff about this and it'll last me
PSU: Corsair Professional Series HX750W, I might plan on crossfiring and i think this is more than enough power

This would be a build that I would actually do lol. Great build. Only 1 thing I would change, and that is the CPU cooler, the plus is great, but the EVO is even better..

The 750 watt psu is overkill since you can crossfire two 7850's on less than 600 watt .
As it is a 550 watt psu is what is needed , and a Corsair TX 650 would give more than enough room for expansion

Make sure the case is the "two" model , or switch to the Antec 1100 so you have front USB 3 ports

All z77 motherboards will have the same potential features and exact same performance [ within a small margin ] so not worth paying for a top end mb IMO

OK, so I'll get a cheaper z77 motherboard and lower my power supply. So does anybody know if I should wait for the i5-3570k. And do I have all the wires and parts I need for a properly functioning pc? I'm going to get the EVO like the other guy said and check into other cases.

Yeah, but I think that means it's for the rest of the computer parts included, not just one card. When you add an extra card, it's not as much right?

You might want to rereread my post. I said when one needs 500W; when I said one, I did not mean one person. It was meant as one CARD needs 500W.

OP: Get the ASRock Z77 Extreme4 Gen3. It is more than capable to give you what you need.

1 card doesn't need 500w, just doing a generic build on extreme's calculator doesn't even make a basic 7850+i5-2500k+2 fans+2 sticks ddr3+High Rpm Sata hovers around 340 before overclock.

If this is a gaming build you did it wrong. You spent too much $$$ on your motherboard and psu and skimped on your vid card. You want balance in your build. I don't know what your budget is, but I can see right now some quick easy fixes.

2600K + 7850 at idle drawing 89 watts

And the graph at the bottom of the page shows the full load power draw in a graphically intensive game at around 250 watts

A 450 watt psu with sufficient amperage on the 12 v rail will easily run a computer with a single 7850 and give plenty of overhead for overclocking

From earlier comment, actually the model number CC650DW-1 is the "Number 2" case. The CC650DW is the old one.
