The PSU is of uncertain quality. I wouldn't go so far as to call it junk, but a gaming PC can put a PSU under a lot more stress than that one is likely able to handle long-term.
One of my systems is a FX-8320, so I'm not trying to sound like a fanboy when I say that only the quality of its motherboard (a 990FX) has prevented me from replacing it with an Intel i3. It is noticeably slower than my Intel systems. I suspect that for all but extremely well-threaded applications (e.g. not games), you too would be better served by an i3-6100 on a H170 or even B150 board. You also won't need an aftermarket cooler with the i3. In any case, there are better choices than the Hyper212 EVO, such as the Gammax 400 and Cryorig H5 or H7; one of...
