Im building a Gaming PC and need help

It looks fine to me although if you are not gaming at resolutions higher than 1080p, I would get a 770 over the 780. You really won't see much of an added benefit if your gaming with the 780 at 1080p as the 770 can pretty much max out most games and maintain ~60 FPS. Up to you if the savings seem worthwhile, else go for the 780.

As said above ^^, if you can't overclock using that motherboard, you won't need an aftermarket cooler. If you do decide to get a higher-end motherboard and stick with the K version, then you will probably want an aftermarket cooler as the Haswell generation of Intel CPU's do get pretty hot which is bad if you plan on overclocking.

This one is pretty good if you don't mind the extra cost. It will allow overclocking and since it has the Z97 chipset, you will have support for the next generation of Intel CPU's if you decide to upgrade in the future. Plus, if you save and get the 770 instead of 780 as recommended earlier for 1080p gaming, you can use the money you saved for this motherboard.
