So, I'm building a new PC but I'm pretty inexperienced when it comes to choosing parts.

So I was hoping some of you can suggest any parts that I should pick.

Suggest a Motherboard, GPU, case and ETC.

Thanks for the help.

Yes the cleared it up. Couple things about this build, I went with a Z170 for an upgrade path. You can save money by getting a H110 or B150 chipset. Also, I went with teh RX 480 over the 1060 because I hear the new driver updates fixes a lot of issues. You could also take off the SSD, but it is there for a booting up quicker. You can also throw some software and maybe a game or two if you want faster loading times. But all of the games should go on teh 1TB. It doesn't effect gameplay, just a little bit longer in loading.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 ATX LGA1151...

I apologize for being so vague, I have windows, I have no parts, I'm going to use it as a gaming PC and I do not need a mouse and a keyboard. My budget is around 700-1000 USD.

I hope that clears it up.
