Yes everything looks to fine with that build but if i was you i would get a better power supply as that unit is trash,

I got it in a bundle with my case for a decent price, I didn't think too much about it really.

This is not the best gaming performance you could get for the money.
For that you should buy a lower cost i5 + h97 mobo and boost the gpu (gtx960/gtx970).

I got it in a bundle with my case for a decent price, I didn't think too much about it really.

Haswell will work fine. Hopefully you got a good deal. As others said you don't need a large PSU like that. A smaller power unit with higher quality would be far better. The Corsair CX have a bad habit of dying early.

If i was you i would stay away from MSI mobo they have bad QC, i always use gigabyte,Asus or Asrock, what is your budget for your mobo?

The $70 ASRock H97M PRO4 is just fine: 4x DDR3 Slots, 6x SATA3 Ports, 6x USB 3.0 Ports , 6x USB 2.0 Ports, Realtek ALC892. Nice little mobo imho.
