Im building a pc and have a few questions about it.

Im going to be building my first pc and just have a few questions about it.

heres the parts im gunna get:

Hdd:500gb

optical drive:Im un sure about this one I plan on just pulling it out of my current pc.

case:VIVO CASE-V03 ATX Mid Tower Case

my questions are:

Am I missing any key components?

When I get all of my parts will I have to do any thing to them or will they all fit stock such as a bios update?

Finally is this a good pc for gaming? I would like to play bf4 and upcoming battlefront will I be able to run those?

It's decent, but 500 GB isn't enough

I'd go for the SSD now, you don't have to have it, but when you do get it you will have to start the system over because you need to put OS on it.

All is good, but have you thought about the Sapphire R9 380 Nitro 4GB, and for the storage solution you can look for a Seagate SSHD 1tb drive, also I have a suggestion for the case take a look at those:
