I'm building an ultra low budget gaming PC

Hi all! I'm building a very low budget gaming PC to upgrade my current Core 2 Duo E6300 1.86GHz and 2GB RAM. I'm playing games on 720p resolution and I'm used to 30FPS and low graphics.

As I'm living in Romania, a pretty poor country where money is hardly earned, I've opted for
Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz
4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
GeForce GTX 750 Ti, 2GB 128-Bit

Can I play all games on 720p resolution with lowest graphic settings on this config?

I think you would pay more for this than you will for pentium 4560 and new MBO/ddr4 ram.

Also check used parts, maybe you will hunt down mobo + cpu bundle, used. All you need is ~4GHZ on 4 threds.
Fast check around me I see 2'nd gen i5 for 50$ not sure if its good...
Please check if 750 TI is better than 1030 and which one is cheaper

@Rdslw I don't buy components from other countries. I'm scared to not get scammed. And 450$? That's around 70% of my dad's salary. That's what I meant by POOR COUNTRY. People work for even 262$ / month.

@dark_globe no I don't have anything all I have is the core 2 duo system

@guanyu210379 you can't do on console what you do on pc. I've never had a console.

I think you all missed the point of this thread =]]. BTW, The system I listed costs 262$ this week they reduced the prices to even 50% for some reason

can you post some links to local vendors in romania from which you are willing to buy your parts from ?
i can take a look and see if i will be able to put something cheap together .
it will aslo help if you could post a link to website from which you are planning to buy used parts
(i can take a look there and maybe find something even better for you)

buy a xeon and mod it to fit your mobo they are all really cheap or upgrade to a Core 2 Quad Q9505S and up ur ram to 8gb along with a gtx 750ti , these should be cheap and you can upgrade them one by one.
