I'd go with the Seasonic S12II rather than the CXM. It's both cheaper and better quality.

The 650m is a good unit. Of the three mentioned, best to worst

Seasonic s12ii evo > cx650m > s12ii

But they are all good

I'd rather go for a Ryzen 5 based build, I've experienced first hand that even the newest i5s tend to struggle with keeping a stable fps in many new games with dips and microstutter being pretty common.

The new cxms are a lot better than the old ones but i'd still rather get something made by seasonic/superflower over cwt.

Look for anywhere is Europe , in Croatia everything is more expensive for about 20-30€most of the time,
budget : around 7000 HRK , and im buying online

Ok sorry for the delay. Budget is around €940 and it's tough to get a gtx 1070 with a good enough cpu to match in that budget, but:

Comes to about €943 before shipping. With a higher budget i would have got faster ram but fast ram is expensive on that site.

An i5 build would have been about €880 and would give comparable gaming performance, although the i5s are already starting to struggle in some of the latest games - in general if it's in budget I'd say ryzen 1600 or i7 are a better option as they have a longer shelf life.
