I'm buying the ASUS Maximus VI Hero...
I'm building a new gaming rig.
I want 8GB total of RAM (I'd prefer 2x 4GB, but 4x 2GB is fine).
Also, I dont want to spend more than £100.
And, on top of all that, I'd like to know the source of your infomation so I know that its reliable

Thanks, I know I'm being a little picky, but I want my next build to be really effective and worth every penny

Go with 2x4gb to leave room to expand.

What CPU? Are you going to OC? With a K model CPU and Hero VI and OCing at all would go the GSkill Trident X in 2400/10 (about $87 in the States), best high performance sticks at a middle lower price
