im changing my ram i need some help.

but anyway since some stuff came up i now need to run to the store and get some ram which one of these are better then the g skill.

The first one. Better timing.

Although in terms of overclockablity, you'll need to do deeper research, including looking at user reviews.

i was reading the first one do i need a sli motherboard because it says it looks for the sli setup? i know i didn't get a sli motherboard since i didn't want dual video cards.

It'll work fine without sli, don't worry about it. But look up your motherboard model on manufacturer's website and see if that model of ram is officially supported. If not, it'll still likely to work fine. But it's better if it is.

it doesn't say it this model in there. will i still be ok? i want to pick up this ram today so i need to know if it will work for sure.
