I'm choosing a PSU on a tight budget, can you help me out?

Hello people.

I'm choosing a PSU, and it has to be able to move a R9 290.

I was looking at:

Cooler Master GX 750W V2

Corsair CX750M

And my backup plan, that I know will do anything I ask of it is the: Corsair AX760 Modular 80 Plus Platinum

But since I want to save a monie or two, this one will be used only if the other two are exceedingly bad.

I am choosing these particular ones because they are available on the place where I'll be shopping, so please, do not suggest other models, I get better deals where I'm shopping, but the catalog on PSUs is limited like that on holydays.

Thanks in advance for your input.

The cooler master gets a bad review from hardware secrets:

The Corsair CX750M is reasonable for a budget model.

The AX models are good but overly expensive.
I'm sure your shop has more than three models of 750W power supply.
Do you really need a modular supply?
Consider how many of the provided cables you need to connect anyway.
These go from fantastic 80 plus gold rated models down to good 80 plus bronze rated models:
Seasonic X 750
Seasonic G 750
Corsair TX750
Antec HCG 750
