I'm confused about PC case fans....

If I got 3 fans:
All of which would be cooler master sickleflow which is 69.7cfm and I had a mid tower case-bitfenix neos with window would three fans freeze my pic or be overkill ???

3 fans is a pretty decent config. I personally don't like to install them in the side of the case as my experience shows it doesn't help much. But front intake, rear exhaust, top exhaust are all good for airflow.

Put two in front as intakes which will be filtered.
That will keep your case cleaner and be sufficient intake for most anything inside.
The rear 120mm exhaust is not really necessary since all the intake air will exit someplace, I would install it as exhaust mainly to give direction to the airflow.
