I don't live in Singapore, but I found a used (4 months old) SONY VAIO PRO 13" in Singapore, that may be a contender. It fits most of your requirements. The exception is probably "real life" battery life. There is a "sheet battery" that can be bought to extend the battery life (double??), but that also increases the weight.

Thank you for your quick reply. Do note that my father goes to Germany every month, so don't limit your suggestions to laptops I would probably find in Singapore but instead laptops I should choose in general

Thank you for the reply. I find that a 17" factor is a bit too big to bring in and out of school. Thank you anyway
