Question I'm getting 10-11 FPS avg on GTX 1050 while gaming.

I have a laptop almost 2 years old with GTX 1050. I mostly play Apex Legends..Suddenly 2 days ago, I started getting 10-11 FPS..Did everything like restart the game, reset the PC, reinstall the windows and game. But still getting 10-11 FPS. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
My laptop specs are-
Intel i5, 9th Gen
GTX 1050
16 GB Ram
