Question Im getting 4ghz @1.23125v on my r5 1600

With stock cooler, at 20 mins of Aida64, my highest temp was 85c. Can I run this from day to day knowing I won't run 100% CPU usage 24/7. Was playing GTA5 for 30 minutes didn't get above 60% CPU usage with around 60-70c. Should I try running a lower voltage?

Well stress tools are for stressing and makes your CPU waay hotter than day to day usage.
Below 80*C would be good.

Shouldn't be that hot at that voltage. You'd need a better extended stress test to see if that's actually stable though. That is a really good chip if that is case. Most will only do 3.8 at that kind of voltage.

20 minutes is generally plenty to heat it up well above what would normally be seen outside of anything but Blender....

I'd leave it as is, and get your money's worth from it....
