I'm getting a c Program error when I boot up

I'm getting the message below every time I log on to my Toshiba laptop for about the last week or 10 days:

Run DLL
There was a problem starting CROGRA~3\48793~1\|clwwev3.cpp
The specified module could not be found

I've just been clicking through it, but the device seems to be getting balky. Any easy fixes? I'm not super tech savvy.

I can't find any reference at all to a file with this name. Make sure you typed it exactly as it appears in the error message.
