I'm getting a random CMD in my task bar for about half a second.

This week, a wierd program autoinstalled when I started windows. The app had a kind-of egyptian eye like shape for the program, and now a random CMD shows up on my task manager for a split second. It appears around 1-2 minutes. Already ran Malwarebytes and didn't fix it.
Is this a virus or something?

You must've installed a program that is set to start up when the computer boots. This is why you see it come up whenever you turn on your computer.

I'd recommend going into the Windows Task Manager and going to the Startup section, and removing any programs you don't want to start up on boot. Remove any useless or unknown programs.

If you can find the name of the program in the Task Manager and don't want it anymore, go into Programs And Features and find that application. Right click it and click uninstall.
