Im getting ddos for 1 day now by a guy from belgium

There is nothing you can do other than contact your ISP. They can change your public IP address and implement other measures. But, the guy may find you again.

Log it with police giving IP and any other details you have and get a crime number.
Now talk to ISP, use the crime number to force them to change IP.
