I'm getting high load temps with a FX-8350 and a Hyper 212 Evo

I have a fx-8350 and an Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo with 2 fans in a push/pull configuration and the cpu temp has been hitting near the 59-60 degree marks as measured with speedfan. I tried re-applying the thermal paste and re-seating the cooler to make sure that was not causing the heat issues. I have been having to underclock it to 3.9Ghz to keep it from pushing over 60 degrees.

Never mind Speedfan, use AMD overdrive, they measure different temps. Speed fan measures socket temps instead of core temps which are lower ad most important.

AOD shows temps as Margin, meaning margin to throttling temperature. Higher that number is, lover temps are. Up to 10C at full load, you are sitting pretty, less than 10c is already getting close while any minus is no good at all.
