Im getting around an average of 100fps in bfv on all low settings. I have a gtx 1080, ryzen 2700x and 16GB ram. Should i get more fps than what i am getting now with these specs?

Solution
As far as I know, low or ultra setting do not help much in BFV. I just purchased the game last week and it run 58-80 (mostly 70) fps on my build @ 1080 ultra DX12. My build perform better on DX12 than DX11. Here are my specs:

Xeon E5-2667 V4 2,9GHz (8core 16 threads)
4x4Gb DDR4-2400 quad channel
Asrock X99 Taichi
Palit GTX 1060 6Gb
Samsung 970 evo 500Gb M.2

cpu mostly run 50% while gpu maxed with a bit overclock without any voltage tweak.

Your build should get 120+ fps easy.

Did you use single piece of ram? If you did, then that should be the case. Dual channel effect alot than single channel.
Looks about right
