im getting low fps on these specs (help pls?)

why do i get bad fps?
gtx 1060 6gb
AMD A8-6600K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
ram:8gb
monitor:generic pnp monitor
pls help?
im only getting 45fps on h1z1 king of the kill
(drivers installed (new)

While the GTX 1060 6GB is a reasonable graphics card, the A8-6600k is a weak CPU by modern standards. I had an x4 760k which isn't vastly different and that struggled in some more CPU demanding games as well.

One trick you could try is dropping the game's resolution to be boost fps.
