[SOLVED] Im getting really low fps in CSGO

My setup is an:
I5 4590s
Zotac AMP Extreme 980ti
8gb ddr3 ram

Im getting around 90-120 fps
gpu temps around 60 under load
cpu temps 40 underload

CS:GO is CPU bound game as I know, you need to upgrade your 4th gen CPU to 8th or 9th gen. CPU can't keep up anymore that's why.

Just get a better 4th gen CPU, as anything else requires a whole new motherboard and RAM. The 4590s (s for slow) is a low powered CPU, a 4590 (non s) would be quite an upgrade, but if you have the money, an i7 4790 (or 4790K) would be a good upgrade.
