I am getting micro jitters and sometimes it jumps to big stutter and FPS drop by 30-40 then back up again. I have also tried the lowest settings and have tried enabling and disabling DLSS but it keeps happening. The same is happening in witcher 3. I have made a video to show how it is. Also i have force enabled G-sync on my monitor (Gigabyte G27Q) and the overdrive is set to speed) but i see in my nvidia control panel that the monitor is not supported but I have tried to enable the g-sync mark and it shows up in the games so i suppose the g-sync is working? I also tried to enable v-sync in game but that doesn't help much either.

What do you guys think can be causing this?

My system specs are:
i7 13700k
RTX 3070 Ti
16 GB DDR5 6400 Mhz
Crucial p5 plus SSD
Cooler Master 850W Gold+ psu

What resolution are you using? The RTX 3070 Ti has only 8GB of VRAM which can cause stuttering at 1440p in Hogwarts: Legacy. As for Witcher III, it might have something to do with having RT enabled because that can cause VRAM problems as well.

I would recommend running MSi Afterburner with the on-screen overlay showing how much VRAM is being used because I have a feeling that it's using more than 8GB, which will cause stuttering.

The other way to test is to play at 1080p and see if that solves the problem.
