Question Im getting stutters while gaming only

I am experiencing stuttering / frame time spikes in every game I play. I have spent weeks trying to diagnose what could be causing them but to no sucess. I bought this PC 4 or 5 months ago everything was fine but these past few weeks frames spikes or microstutters occured ruining my gaming experience. At first i thought i could just ignore it but now its really getting on my nerves. its my first gaming pc ever so PLS HELP ME.

the stuttering occurs every minute i tried everything and now im deseperate, thx for reading

You dont see the stutters ? In my first video its alot more visible since im moving just click the first timestamp multiples times you'll probably see it , the second vid was just here to show that when im not even moving the stutter still occurs

I also noticed that when my game stutter my GPU usage drop

I played Black Desert Online for 2 years and the game was stuttering like crazy. It's a MMORPG that loads each region when you pass through them.

This game will always stutters. Should have seen in the middle of a city how horrible it was here ;p

I can see the stutter now in your first video and I'm not sure it's your system.
