im getting very low fps in games

I just bought a new computer for 1200 euro but I cant even play gta V on low setings.
Here is my specs:
Corsair CX600M, 600W PSU
Intel LGA1151 Core I5-6500K
ASUS LGA1151 Z170-P
HyperX Fury DDR4 2133MHz 16GB kit
XFX Radeon R9 Fury ¤gb PCI-E
Samsung 750 EVO 250GB Bulk + Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
WIN 10

yes i have uppdated all my drivers so that is not the issue

Is the monitor plugged into the gpu or the motherboard?

You need to plug the monitor into the video card. Plugging it into the motherboard means the game will use the igpu and it will not run games well.
